Today is my Birthday! It's almost over. Who am I? I've ask this everyday of my life. I'm treated well by my friends. I certainly have begun something great in life but I still don't understand money. How to keep it, why to keep it, is this what makes me free? My time, our environment.
Lately I've been doing a lot of volunteering. I don't get paid if you say monetary,no, I gain nothing from that.I do gain sanity and willingness to try, make an effort. I have good friends but they're not interested in queer ativities, dancing, biking, or just being out. They are perhaps stoned, and forgetful at times, this causes stagnation which becomes boredom to me. Just they have settled a little more than me. Lately I've been doing some good biking a little of Forest Park and the Sandy river delta. I want to get better I just need to ride more. Which I do, especially since I fell off my bike a few weeks ago. Anyways hopefully I'll lead a more integrated life. Today I'm 23.

I'm in Portland once again. Hopefully to stay awhile. This summer was awesome I met great people, learned how to drive a little better, and just got more experience in life. Now I'm looking for a new job(NOT RETURNING TO CAMP) this was a big decison. At the resort this summer I got worked a lot, it was fun but not really. Anyways this shall be an adventure. |

Yeah, I'm home for a couple of days. I finally can be in the real world. I love the forest but it's starting to get cabin fever like and well there's really no where to get pot. Port Angeles is definetly dry. Work has been interesting, I work a lot a it gets really hot in the kitchen but my co-workers have help me make it. We have lots of fun afterhours.
Looks like in early November I'm going to connecticut to visit my ex-roommate from Sol Duc. She's awesome and should be a great experience. |

I'm in Victoria, Canada, it's kinda cool I just got here 2 hrs ago though. No one from work came with me so I'm by myself. It's all good. I'm only staying for 2 days but I should have a interesting time. I wish I brought more money b/c the hostel cost pretty much wiped me out. All yeah and waiting for the ferry at the bar also did it. Work is hectic but still cool. I really like Olypic and Port Angleels is a neat town. These dang Canadiens are quite weird! |

Yo, this place is aweosme. It's smaller than most resort I've been but I like the people who work with me. Last week I took some fnecing lessons and I've been doing palm thrust and elbows. It's totally strenghten me up. My backyard is a National Park. It's so exciting. We have full run of the pool and springs after hours. Not to much drinking or partying going on. Just ah healthy dose now and then. My job is chill, just cooking and shit. One the that stuck is no cellphone service for miles. We don't have the internet either, my roomate and I are in Port Angeles now at the library. My first day off. Not even 2 days just one b/c I'm going to work on the line tomorrow instead of the deli.
The place is chill for now, I miss home though. My friends I miss a lot! |

It seems my grandma has been having severe health problems. Last week she was in the hospital for a few days and next week she has 3 days of testing. She has had a lot of health issues happen to her over the years. She's a real strong lady,it seems most generations before mine endured much much more. I've been real sad today, I almost cryed in public.
Soon Mankind will fall! It's an inevitable process. Earth will regulate itself unless we destroy the fabric of life. |

SO today I went over my aunt and uncles house. My little cuzz was at a parade so I chatted with my aunt and uncle for awhile. Then my uncle and I went to Red Robin for some food. My uncle has the fattest car a 2005 Chrsyler 300M. I shoudn't support gas guzzling cars but my uncle can afford it though(cars are bad for environment). Jaylen is 6 now and he's freaking tall. Today we had a water fight and I go really wet. Then we sat out on the hammock and he read to me. It was cute. I don't see them enough, I'm really bad at seeing my family. I love hanging with them it just I'm kinda flaky when it comes to rotating people in my life. Usually I just hang with Claire, Anton or Keith. And every wednesday I see like 30 of my highschool friends. The last 2 weeks I've been going out way to much. My bank account is now under 10 bucks. Very sad I blew alot of money. It was all worth it though, goodtimes!
I'm going to miss it here but I know this is home and I can always come back. I will miss claire the most! |

Looks like I'm headed to Olympic National Park. I just got offered a job at Sol Duc Hotsprings. They called me, I haven't even filled out any applications yet. I mean my fil is accessible by emplyers but I thought I would atleast fill an application out. I just hope I don't have to take a drug test. I f I do, oh well, I guees I have to buy some stuff. This is one of the few places I actually want to go.

Last night was one of the most beautiful nights I've seen in awhile. We had a big thunderstorm, I wish I had pics. My friends Claire and I tracked the storm pattern for hours until it got here, than we just looked outside. I should have got pics. The lightning didn't even really touch ground it was like cloud to cloud lightning. There was also a rainbow.
I'm at Loran's house now(claire's mothers) just chillin with the dogs. Claire had to work a overtime shift last night. She got paid a lot of money. But had to stay up over 28 hrs. They were split shifts. Good thing today is here day off. I'm waiting for here to call so we can go out to dinner tonight.
Claire's pretty straight, she's my bestfriend who I love to death. It's hard being around her sometimes we know each other so well. I can't wait for her brother Ethan to get back. I miss my frisbee buddy. He's in Miami visiting their father.
Talking about fathers i still managed not to call mine. But I think he want to talk with me. It also looks like he has chosen a new profession as a Mortage Broker, hehe. He probably works around all his pastorial duties, gosh my dad is so lame. I should call him but I don't really feel like it. It has been 2 years though. |

Lat thursday was my last day of camp for the spring session. This summer I'm very unsure of what I'm doing. Stay here or travel somehwere? Yesterday I saw a friend graduate from Oregon State University. It was weird being there and knowing this is ur class the class u would have graduated with if u went to school. It was just a experience I will remember for awhile.
Claire and I have been hanging out a lot the last few days, it has a been joyous and bitter but as of now we're alright. I love her alot! |

The Rose Festival has begun and tonight is the Starlight Parade. I'm not sure if I want to see the parade or go see Tsunami Bomb.
A big reason I haven't aplied at any resorts jobs yet is b/c I wanted to be in Portland around this time june. Whatever I decide it's going to be fun. |

So this morning I almost died on my way home. It was from the stupiest thing ever falling asleep at the wheel. My friend was driving and I of course was sleeping(bad thing to do on road trips if ur a passenger and the driver is as tired as u). Well I don't want to really tell the story. The car and everyone made it ok but we did do a few cookies. Good thing we have grassy median area.
In other news Sasquatch ROCKED! I love Modest Mouse!
To bad it was so fucking hot there, Extremely. The Pixies didn't have as much moshing as I thought wqould be but that's ok. All the bands were great but I don't really like Kanye West only some of his beats but he's not tight at all.
Tonite going to see a band at the Doug Fir with Claire and Ellen it should be real interesting. I don't really know whose playing but hopefully groovy music. Claire and Ellne have nver been to the Doug Fir, I hope they like it b/c I really do.
2 more weeks of camp than I'm semi-free! YEAH! |

This weeken I'm going to Sasqautch Music Festival. It should be tight, it has taken me forever to get the tickets. I promised my friend months ago I would go. Then I decided I wouldn't but felt bad so now I'm going. The sad thing about it is I know more bands than he do that's going to to be playing. Now I'm at claire's mothers house. I love this place! I gotta get off now Claire wants to hang out. 2 more weeks and I'm finished with this session of camp. |

Ahh, yes, last Wednesday I came to town for the nite. It was awesome! I didn't go to bed until 4 am the next morning. And then to work at 11. I went to this bar my friend Jenny took me to and found like 15 of my other friends there, that I haven't seen since like before I left. It was so overwelming seeing these people. I even met some new associates. I guess they meet every Wed or so for 1.50 micro brews. Some kind of special nite.
Ok, I have to finish the story later b/c I dislike typing and I haven't been outside in like a day. I've been a real slacker lately. Well this weekend, Then tomorrow I go back for another week of work.

Yea, like the otherday I came to town got shit faced drunk passed out at my friend Claire's. I say it all the time I'm not doing that again, it really sucked, I puked alot. Well Claire aready thinks I'm a drunk, so that didn't help anything. It's like the first time since I got back that I got shitfaced, oh well, she can have that and many other images in her head of me. Yes, times have been good here with my bestfriend. We're going to spend the next 4 days together visiting Eugene,Ashland, Crater Lake and Bend. I'll get some pics but don't know when I'll get them up. I have no time it's really sad I need better time management I've seen like my family and some other friends who are desperate to hang. I should feel terrible but I don't so, oh well. I did watch my little cousins soccer game last week it was so cute he scored 2 goals.
The green machine is doing very well. I like to get high! I can't deny it anymore. Not in the woods at work though. It's very tempting! So yeah Bright Eyes coming next week, I'm going hell yeah!

Been kinda busy since I've been in town. I'm working at camp so I don't spend much time in town just in the woods with a great view of Mt. Hood. Got a good friend to work with me it's pretty cool. This friday going to see 'Show me the Pink' hell yeah their awesome. Can't wait to see them. Yes, planning a trip for Costa Rica, anyone wanna come? It's going to be sweet! |
